Meer Development started in 2019 from a simple conviction: good software does not have to be expensive or impersonal. This is who we are, and how we work.
What we stand for
At many software agencies you pay for a layer of management you never speak to. We deliberately do not have that. You work directly with the people building your software. That keeps the lines short, the costs low and the involvement high. If something comes up, you know exactly who to talk to.
At the same time, we do not want the limitations of a one-person business. That is why we work with a fixed network of experienced freelancers. If a project needs specific expertise, we bring it in. You barely notice, except that the work gets done well. One point of contact, but the strength of a full team.
How we work
We believe in starting small and showing something that works quickly. Better a simple first version you can use today than months of waiting for a perfect end product that turns out to miss the mark. By building in short steps, you adjust along the way and never get any surprises.
Honesty is part of that. Sometimes custom software is not the smartest choice and an existing package is better or cheaper. We simply say so, even when we earn nothing from it. A happy client who comes back is worth more to us than a project that should never have happened.
